This role sits at the intersection of product, analytics, and operations, supporting a high-growth, data-driven product organization focused on optimizing user acquisition and conversion funnels. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and analytics teams to translate user behavior and business signals into actionable product improvements. The environment is fast-paced, highly analytical, and deeply collaborative, with strong exposure to senior leadership and high-impact growth initiatives. You will be responsible for building a strong understanding of user journeys, identifying friction points, and supporting the execution of experiments and product enhancements. Over time, you will take on increasing ownership of product initiatives, from scoped launches to broader growth programs. This is a high-learning, high-visibility role designed for individuals who want to grow into strong product leaders in a scale-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct structured product and funnel analyses to map user journeys and identify key friction points across acquisition and conversion flows
- Monitor and synthesize user feedback from support channels, reviews, and research into clear, actionable insights for product teams
- Support bug triage and coordinate issue resolution with engineering teams to ensure timely prioritization and fixes
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to support the delivery of product initiatives and feature launches
- Contribute to A/B testing, experiment design, and performance analysis to improve product and funnel outcomes
- Translate ambiguous business and user problems into structured hypotheses, requirements, and actionable recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functionally, including collaboration with distributed engineering teams, to ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
- 2โ3 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or business/product operations roles
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex systems and workflows
- Experience working with data to validate hypotheses and support decision-making
- Strong understanding of user experience and product thinking, with the ability to evaluate product flows critically
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize insights clearly and concisely
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, or growth analytics is a strong plus
- Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus but not required
