As part of the Architecture, Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) team, this role plays a key part in shaping and delivering the Finance transformation roadmap through the configuration and leadership of a newly established squad focused on Oracle Financials initiatives.
The Oracle ERP Financials Delivery Lead & Scrum Master is responsible for leading agile delivery across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials projects, ensuring effective collaboration between business and IT stakeholders, strong delivery governance, and successful end-to-end execution. Leveraging prior experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud Financials, the role supports informed decision-making, close partnership with functional SMEs, and the delivery of scalable, business-aligned finance solutions.
Responsbilities
- Facilitate Agile delivery (Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Manage backlog, prioritization & stakeholder alignment
- Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
- Lead projects (implementations / upgrades / rollouts) in Agile/hybrid models
- Coordinate business, IT, and cross-functional teams globally
- Gather requirements (As-Is / To-Be, BRD/FRD) and add them to Devops, including the relevant aspects for each User Story
- Support design of Finance solutions (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE)
- Ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion Cloud target architecture
- Perform fit-gap analysis
- Manage SIT/UAT, testing, defect resolution
- 4–5 years of experience in ERP environments
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or ERP Project Lead within transformation programs
- Demonstrated capability in managing end-to-end ERP delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Experience working across global, cross-functional teams, partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
- Fluent in English, with the ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments
