Accountabilities
- Recruit new experts to join the insight network through targeted lead generation and outreach.
- Schedule and confirm calls and meetings between clients and Network Members.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to expand project scopes and recruit populations for successful outcomes.
- Build a deep understanding of client strategies and industry sectors to identify the best experts.
- Uphold compliance policies to protect the integrity of client engagements.
- Engage proactively with Network Members to assess their expertise for client projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, research, sales, or account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
