In this role, you will be pivotal in managing contract negotiations and legal matters across the EMEA region. Accountabilities
- Timely preparation, review, and negotiation of a high volume of contracts and other related documents.
- Advise the business on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
- Prepare and deliver trainings to the Sales team and other internal groups.
- Work within the company’s contract management system, maintaining life-cycle requirements.
- Analyze and revise contracts to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
- Perform other contract-related activities and projects as assigned.
- Assist with other legal tasks, such as conducting research.
- Coordinate and drive completion of commercial related projects.
Requirements
- An active license to practice law.
- 4-6 years of commercial law experience, including contract negotiation and administration.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- High degree of professionalism in a client-service-focused setting.
- Strong English language communication skills.
- Ability to communicate across various levels of the organization.
- Sound legal judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
