Accountabilities:

The Associate Developer will support technology delivery activities while developing expertise in software engineering practices and enterprise platform solutions through structured learning and hands-on project involvement.

• Participate actively in onboarding programs, technical training pathways, and certification activities to build platform and development expertise.
• Complete assigned learning modules and work toward foundational certifications relevant to enterprise technology platforms.
• Support development activities by completing clearly defined coding tasks under the guidance of senior developers and technical leads.
• Apply programming fundamentals to development work involving Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools, automation features, and related technologies.
• Assist with translating technical requirements into practical solutions by observing discovery sessions and solution design discussions.
• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure reliable delivery of assigned work.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation following established development standards and guidelines.
• Gradually increase project contribution and productivity as technical knowledge and platform proficiency grow.
• Participate in agile team activities, including stand-ups, project meetings, backlog discussions, and delivery reviews.
• Communicate progress clearly, raise questions when needed, and proactively identify potential blockers.
• Collaborate with team members to support successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, a passion for learning, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing technology environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience through coding programs and strong personal projects.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience, including internships, academic projects, or entry-level development experience.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, databases, SQL fundamentals, and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and platforms.
• Ability to follow technical standards, naming conventions, design patterns, and development guidelines with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed team environment.
• High level of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to receive and apply feedback.
• Comfort using task management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms, with an understanding of agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English at an advanced professional level.

Preferred qualifications:

• Exposure to Salesforce through personal learning, academic projects, or an active Trailhead profile.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other introductory credentials are a plus.
• Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in software development environments.
• Interest in building a career in technology consulting and enterprise application development.
