Accountabilities:

The Associate Director - Enterprise Sales Leader will be responsible for driving enterprise sales performance, developing strategic market opportunities, and leading a team focused on delivering technology solutions that create measurable customer value.

• Develop and execute forward-thinking enterprise sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets across enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain strong C-level relationships within government and corporate customer segments.
• Identify, develop, and close complex managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Manage long sales cycles, including strategic proposals, RFP responses, negotiations, and solution development with internal teams.
• Collaborate with pre-sales specialists, solution architects, and business leaders to create compelling customer solutions.
• Evaluate customer needs and clearly articulate business value, outcomes, and return on investment.
• Develop initiatives that expand market presence and strengthen enterprise service offerings.
• Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective commercial outcomes.
• Oversee contract negotiations, service agreements, and delivery expectations in line with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, general management, or enterprise business development roles.
• Proven success managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
• Strong track record of winning large, complex managed services or technology solutions deals.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, digital platforms, and technology dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian enterprise technology market, with an established professional network.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and engaging senior executives and decision-makers.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long-term negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen, including financial management, budgeting, revenue planning, and cost awareness.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic policies, sales methodologies, and performance frameworks.
