- Lead regular operating reviews, root-cause analyses, action planning, and data-driven performance improvement initiatives.
- Own the regional warehouse operating budget, including plant and 3PL expenditures, and lead monthly plan-versus-actual reviews, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Deliver productivity savings and cost-to-serve improvements aligned with annual operating plans and broader business objectives.
- Identify and implement network optimization opportunities involving warehouse footprint, automation, technology, systems enhancements, and operational processes.
- Leverage analytics and performance insights to identify improvement opportunities and standardize best practices across the warehouse network.
- Partner with DSD leadership to align service expectations, inventory positioning, warehouse support requirements, cost-to-serve visibility, and governance processes while maintaining clear ownership boundaries.
- Lead and develop a team of multi-site warehouse leaders, including direct and indirect reports, with a focus on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability.
- Foster a culture centered on safety, accountability, operational discipline, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Requirements:

- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed operations and deliver measurable results across safety, service, cost, quality, and financial performance.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively within a matrixed organization, including without direct authority.
- Experience building, developing, and motivating high-performing operational teams and future leaders.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical execution plans, operating standards, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use operational data to identify root causes and guide business decisions.
- Experience managing external logistics partners, including performance governance, service-level expectations, contracts, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, food, manufacturing, or regulated environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP EWM and analytics or performance-management tools is preferred.
- MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous-improvement certification is a plus.
