Accountabilities:
The role focuses on driving customer acquisition through inbound and outbound sales activities, managing prospects throughout the sales funnel, and supporting revenue growth. Main responsibilities include:
- Convert inbound leads into new customers by understanding their needs and presenting relevant solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities through phone outreach, email campaigns, web prospecting, former customer contacts, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and qualify potential opportunities.
- Maintain and expand prospect information within CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with senior sales executives by providing qualified opportunities for further development and closing.
- Support the sales process from initial contact through successful conversion.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through professional communication and consistent follow-up.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a sales-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications include:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Familiarity with Zoom, HubSpot CRM, and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong research, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and prospect interactions.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Reliable remote work setup, including:
- Minimum 50 Mbps internet connection suitable for VoIP calls.
- Computer with a noise-canceling headset and microphone.
