Your expertise will help in developing key relationships with installers, consultants, and architects across various regions. You will analyze market trends to craft effective business strategies and ensure the successful launch of innovative products. Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for fire applications.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Fire Installers in key markets.
- Align with Consultants and Architects in specifying the products.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market data to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fire and life safety or similar industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm certifications and standards.
- Well connected with top fire alarm Installers, Consultants, and Design companies.
- Proven track record of leading the entire sales process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and customer needs.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
