Accountabilities:

• Identify and target small to midsized businesses with current or anticipated staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition needs.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, HR leaders, hiring managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, phone prospecting, industry associations, professional communities, and other appropriate channels.
• Introduce prospective clients to relevant staffing and recruitment solutions and clearly communicate the value they can provide.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients’ hiring challenges, workforce requirements, priorities, and potential areas for support.
• Generate qualified staffing opportunities and effectively transition new clients and requirements into the recruiting process.
• Build, manage, and continuously develop a pipeline of prospective clients and active business opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, nurturing relationships over time and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
• Research new industries, markets, organizations, and partnership opportunities that could expand the client base and revenue potential.
• Track prospecting activity, relationship development, opportunities, and pipeline progress in an organized and consistent manner.
• Take ownership of business development results and continuously refine outreach strategies based on market feedback and performance.
• Contribute ideas and market insights that can support the broader growth strategy of the staffing and recruitment business.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to initiate conversations, build professional relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
• Experience in business development, B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, HR services, professional services, or consultative sales is highly desirable.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation and discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable prospecting and engaging directly with business owners, senior executives, HR professionals, and other decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate credibly and persuasively with prospective clients.

• Highly organized and capable of managing an active sales pipeline, prioritizing prospects, and maintaining consistent follow-up.
