This role combines data analytics, process improvement, project coordination, and technology to identify opportunities that improve organizational performance.
You will partner with business and clinical stakeholders to understand needs, uncover inefficiencies, and translate requirements into practical solutions.
The position requires a strong understanding of relational databases, reporting tools, business intelligence, and analytical methods.
You will use data to generate actionable insights, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making across multidisciplinary teams.

Accountabilities:
- Lead efforts to identify, design, and implement process, system, and productivity improvements based on business and customer needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for data analytics and process improvement, gathering requirements and translating business challenges into actionable technical solutions.
- Analyze data, develop queries, programs, and automation, and apply analytical methods to ensure information is accurate, meaningful, and suitable for decision-making.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relational database structures and business intelligence tools to develop effective analytical solutions.
- Use tools and technologies such as Tableau, Microsoft Office, SAP products, reporting platforms, SQL/Oracle, and other business intelligence solutions to support analysis and reporting.
- Lead requirements gathering for problem identification, resolution, solution design, and process optimization.
- Provide analytical insights that help stakeholders make informed strategic and operational decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and project activities, ensuring deliverables remain aligned with objectives, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Identify, document, and communicate project issues, risks, barriers, scope changes, and potential impacts to the appropriate stakeholders and management.
- Implement approved changes in accordance with established change-control policies and procedures and participate in post-implementation reviews.
- Manage customer expectations and project workloads while balancing quality, deadlines, available resources, and business priorities.
- Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams, facilitate collaboration and meetings, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive and continuously improving team environment.
- Participate in relevant training and professional development covering performance improvement, system design, technical skills, statistical analysis, and related disciplines.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Hospital Administration, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant data analytics experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 4 years of data analytics experience may qualify.
- At least 1 year of experience working with relational database structures, including design, testing, troubleshooting, or training, under the master’s-level pathway; 2 years is required under the bachelor’s-level pathway.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis and/or healthcare planning under the master’s-level pathway; 2 years is required under the bachelor’s-level pathway.
- At least 1 year of experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports under the master’s-level pathway; 2 years is required under the bachelor’s-level pathway.
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL/Oracle) and/or Business Objects.
- Ability to achieve an official EPIC “Proficient” designation within the new-hire probationary period.
- Familiarity with supported applications, SQL/Oracle, and business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings and business implications clearly to varied audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate project activities effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and maintain professionalism under high-stress conditions.
- Adaptability and flexibility when managing changing workloads, assignments, priorities, and business requirements.
- Proficiency with standard business and analytical technologies, including Microsoft Office and relevant data visualization or enterprise systems.
