- Conduct analysis to measure effectiveness of process changes
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement and strategy execution
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Experience in planning and designing future-state processes
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements
- Experience in identifying process automation opportunities
- Domain experience in underwriting, insurance, or healthcare is highly preferred
- SixSigma or similar process certifications
- Familiarity with tools such as Lucid, Visio, Power BI, and PowerApps (preferred)
