This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Systems Manager in the United States.
This role sits at the center of business systems governance, ensuring core platforms remain clean, reliable, and scalable as the organization grows. You will take ownership of CRM administration and systems integrity, primarily focusing on HubSpot and expanding into loan management systems such as LoanPro. Acting as a hands-on systems operator, you will define structure around configuration changes, integrations, and data governance while ensuring alignment across business and technical teams. The role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to challenge requests constructively when they do not align with system architecture best practices. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external vendors to ensure systems function as a trusted source of truth. This is a high-impact, build-stage environment where thoughtful systems design directly supports operational scale and financial accuracy.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will own the governance, integrity, and evolution of core business systems, ensuring scalable architecture, clean data flows, and disciplined system operations across the organization.
- Own end-to-end HubSpot governance, including change management processes, configuration standards, and role-based permissions
- Design and enforce structured workflows for system updates, ensuring consistency and control across stakeholders
- Audit and rationalize automation layers (e.g., Zapier and native workflows), reducing redundancy and strengthening system architecture
- Maintain and improve CRM data integrity, resolving existing issues and preventing future inconsistencies
- Partner with Engineering to design and manage integrations across HubSpot, LoanPro, and other business systems
- Support LoanPro implementation, including integration workstreams and eventual full operational ownership
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison between business teams, Engineering, and external vendors for systems-related requests
- Document system logic, governance frameworks, and operational processes to ensure long-term scalability and clarity
- Identify system-of-record issues and recommend architectural improvements rather than tactical fixes
Requirements:
This role requires strong systems thinking, CRM expertise, and the ability to operate across technical and business domains in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- 2+ years of hands-on CRM administration experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent), including workflows, properties, and permissions
- Experience auditing and optimizing automation systems such as Zapier, Workato, or native CRM workflows
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration principles across multiple platforms
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic SQL (reading and light writing capability)
- Proven ability to challenge and redirect system requests with clear, structured reasoning
- Experience in financial services or lending environments is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with loan management systems (e.g., LoanPro or similar) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed mindset with strong ownership, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $100,000 β $150,000 with total OTE up to $165,000 (based on experience)
- Equity stock options as part of total compensation package
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match
- Fully remote work environment across the United States
- Opportunity to shape foundational business systems in a high-growth fintech environment
- Strong ownership culture with high autonomy and impact
- Exposure to modern tools, automation systems, and scalable architecture design
- Paid time off and additional employee benefits supporting work-life balance.
