The Channel Development Lead drives strategic sales initiatives across targeted markets and business segments.
This role combines data-driven analysis, strategic planning, project leadership, and commercial execution.
You will identify growth opportunities, evaluate performance trends, and translate sales strategies into actionable programs.
Working closely with senior leaders, marketing, finance, and cross-functional partners, you will help shape competitive go-to-market plans.
The position requires someone who can move confidently between high-level strategy and hands-on implementation.
You will also communicate priorities, roadmaps, and performance metrics while ensuring complex initiatives stay on track.

Accountabilities:
- Own strategic initiatives and projects, applying big-picture thinking, analytical judgment, and strong execution skills to drive measurable sales outcomes.
- Develop sales product and go-to-market strategies for specific markets, segments, or lines of business, identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Establish key performance indicators, analyze trends and utilization data, and develop management reporting to improve sales effectiveness and cost efficiency.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable programs, projects, priorities, timelines, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Connect insights and initiatives across programs to provide leadership with a clear view of broader business opportunities, priorities, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with business leaders, marketing, finance, sales leadership, peers, and external partners to develop effective and competitive sales plans.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and guidance on complex business decisions.
- Communicate strategies, priorities, project status, success metrics, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Lead meetings and working sessions to establish alignment, clarify responsibilities, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing priorities while ensuring deadlines and critical milestones are met.
- Identify areas for improvement through performance, trend, and utilization analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Exercise independent judgment on complex issues, assess multiple variables, and determine appropriate courses of action with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant technical experience, with demonstrated ability to analyze business or operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
- 2+ years of experience working with telephony, IVR, or CRM applications.
- 2+ years of project leadership experience, including managing timelines, priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- 2+ years of sales experience within the health solutions industry.
- Proven experience collaborating with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives and communicating effectively with strategic-level leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, business judgment, and ability to translate complex information into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to move effectively between strategic planning and tactical execution.
- A customer-focused mindset and genuine interest in improving consumer experiences.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Active or previous Medicare health license is a plus.
- Experience training or coaching professionals is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with Salesforce and/or Smartsheet are preferred.
- For remote work, the ability to maintain a dedicated workspace that protects confidential health information and reliable internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds is required.
- Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required.
