This is a high-impact strategic and operational role designed to act as a force multiplier for the executive leadership team. Accountabilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of strategic briefings.
- Act as a central coordination point for communications, filtering priorities, managing information flow, and ensuring timely follow-ups across stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure consistent execution across multiple initiatives.
- Support business operations by maintaining organized documentation, managing sensitive information with strict confidentiality, and ensuring administrative excellence.
- Drive workflow optimization by improving internal processes, tools, and systems, particularly within Google Workspace and project management platforms.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives, transforming findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment by ensuring accountability and clarity across teams and projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Project Manager supporting senior leadership or managing operational initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, CRM systems, and AI productivity tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for audiences ranging from operational teams to C-level executives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to manage both administrative execution and strategic problem-solving responsibilities effectively.
