This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Support Analyst in India.
This role sits at the heart of client success, supporting sophisticated investment and wealth management firms in their day-to-day use of a complex financial data platform. You will act as a trusted first point of contact for client queries, helping users troubleshoot issues, understand data outputs, and maximize platform value. The position requires strong analytical thinking to investigate data discrepancies and resolve calculation-related challenges in large, complex datasets. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Account Management teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. This is a highly client-facing role involving email, phone, and virtual interactions with global stakeholders. It is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with financial data, and delivering high-quality client experiences in a fast-paced, global environment.
Accountabilities:
- Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues and inquiries across product usage, data interpretation, and system functionality.
- Work with complex financial datasets to identify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies and calculation discrepancies.
- Prioritize incoming client cases, manage multiple concurrent issues, and ensure timely resolution in line with criticality.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Account Management teams to perform root-cause analysis and implement solutions.
- Provide hands-on client support and guidance to help users maximize platform adoption and value.
- Conduct functional and conceptual walkthroughs to improve client understanding of tools and workflows.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue ownership.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a client support, client services, or similar customer-facing analytical role.
- Strong preference for experience in investment management, wealth management, or portfolio management domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Passion for problem-solving, technology, and continuous learning in a fast-evolving environment.
- Willingness to work in a US-shift schedule (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST on US business days).
