This role offers the opportunity to drive and optimize cloud and hybrid infrastructure in a dynamic, high-impact environment. You will design, deploy, and manage Azure-based solutions while integrating with critical on-premises systems to support enterprise operations. The position requires collaboration across application, security, and operations teams, ensuring cloud initiatives align with business goals, security standards, and operational excellence. You will implement Infrastructure as Code, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and monitor performance and cost efficiency. Accountabilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid solutions.
- Implement and automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Bicep.
- Collaborate with application, security, and operations teams to support cloud-native and hybrid workloads.
- Integrate and maintain on-premises systems including Active Directory, Infoblox, VMware, and Rubrik.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Monitor performance, optimize resource utilization, and manage cloud costs.
- Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations for cloud strategy improvements.
- Maintain documentation and operational runbooks for cloud and hybrid infrastructure components.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years hands-on experience in Azure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP services.
- Familiarity with IPAM/DNS/DHCP platforms such as Infoblox.
- Strong understanding of Azure services: VMs, App Services, Functions, AKS, Storage, Networking, and Identity.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
- Skilled in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic, on-site, and field environments with occasional travel up to 30%.
