This Communications & Events Specialist role is a high-visibility opportunity focused on delivering large-scale, multi-day conference programs for a federal client. You will play a central role in shaping attendee experience through integrated communications, event marketing, and operational execution. The position blends strategic messaging with hands-on event logistics, including registration management, onsite coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will work across multiple teams and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of complex events involving speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and government stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in fast-paced environments. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing engagement data and optimizing future event strategies.
