This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consulting professional to lead strategic engagements within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. The role combines client leadership, commercial strategy, and analytical problem-solving to address complex business challenges across the US pharmaceutical market. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, guiding projects from discovery through delivery while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and measurable business impact. Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, managing stakeholder relationships, project scope, expectations, and overall client satisfaction.
- Translate complex pharmaceutical business challenges into structured strategies, executive-level narratives, and actionable recommendations.
- Lead the development of high-quality consulting deliverables, ensuring presentations and reports meet executive standards and communicate insights effectively.
- Define project plans, analytical requirements, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including analysts, designers, and consulting contributors, to drive collaboration and timely delivery.
- Facilitate client workshops, business reviews, executive meetings, and presentations while proactively managing evolving requirements and feedback.
- Review analytical outputs and challenge assumptions to ensure insights are commercially relevant and aligned with client objectives.
- Leverage AI tools and modern consulting methodologies to improve research capabilities, content development, data synthesis, and overall productivity.
- Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships, support account growth, and expand strategic consulting initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting, life sciences consulting, commercial analytics, or related advisory environments with strong client-facing exposure.
- Deep understanding of the US pharmaceutical commercial landscape, including market access, launch strategy, patient journey analysis, HCP targeting, forecasting, brand performance, and competitive intelligence.
- Proven ability to create executive-ready presentations and compelling business narratives that translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and leading high-impact consulting engagements.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic communication skills.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical datasets such as IQVIA, prescription data, claims data, specialty pharmacy data, or similar healthcare information sources is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, rare diseases, specialty care, or related domains is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively across global teams and time zones.
- Experience using AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance research, analytics, content creation, and consulting delivery processes.
- Proactive, client-centric, and results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
