This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Creator based in India.
This role is focused on developing meaningful, evidence-based, and engaging content within the mental health space, combining creativity with psychological expertise. You will design and deliver content across multiple formats, including articles, digital campaigns, workshops, and interactive engagement programs. The position plays a key role in shaping awareness, education, and engagement initiatives that support mental well-being across diverse audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate new themes, research relevant topics, and contribute to innovative mental health products and programs. The environment is remote, collaborative, and mission-driven, requiring both independence and strong ownership. This is a highly impactful role for someone passionate about psychology, communication, and creating content that drives positive social change.
Accountabilities:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and psychologically informed content across multiple formats including articles, infographics, videos, campaigns, quizzes, and workshops
- Design and develop engagement programs such as seminars, panel discussions, interactive sessions, and “ask an expert” formats
- Contribute to ideation and research of new themes, topics, and mental health initiatives
- Support the development of content for new mental health products and digital platforms
- Collaborate with teams to ensure content aligns with program goals and user engagement strategies
- Contribute to thought leadership content for client-facing and internal initiatives
- Maintain consistency in tone, accuracy, and relevance across all content outputs
- Work independently in a remote setup while taking full ownership of assigned projects
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology (mandatory)
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, program design, or psychology-based communication
- Strong interest and passion for mental health and psychological well-being initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse formats and audiences
- Proven ability to create innovative, engaging, and interactive content
- Strong creativity with the ability to think out of the box and develop new engagement ideas
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with an affable and collaborative personality
- Ability to manage multiple content formats and projects simultaneously
- Experience in educational, therapeutic, or mental health-focused content is highly desirable
