Accountabilities:

The Content Creator (Growth) will be responsible for developing engaging, conversion-focused content across social platforms while helping build a strong digital presence. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect content decisions with audience growth and business objectives.

• Create and appear in short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, including Reels, trends, storytelling formats, and educational videos.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop scripts, creative concepts, hooks, and content strategies before filming.
• Produce UGC-style and paid advertising content designed to engage audiences and support conversion goals.
• Test different content formats quickly, analyze results, and scale the approaches that generate the strongest impact.
• Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to guide future creative decisions.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and emerging content formats.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Maintain content quality while following healthcare marketing compliance requirements and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a creative content professional with experience in social media growth, UGC production, and performance-driven marketing. They should be comfortable creating content independently, appearing on camera, and using data to improve creative outcomes.

• Proven experience growing a brand, personal account, or social media presence with measurable results.
• Strong background in UGC content creation and paid advertising creative.
• Natural and engaging on-camera presence with the ability to communicate authentically.
• Ability to move quickly from content ideas to published assets.
• Strong understanding of short-form video principles, including hooks, pacing, captions, and audience retention.
• Experience analyzing content performance and connecting creative decisions to growth metrics.
• Reliable home production setup, including a quality smartphone camera, adequate lighting, and a suitable filming environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow healthcare marketing compliance standards and content guidelines.
• Professional-level English communication skills and availability to work with U.S. business hours.
• Experience in wellness, healthcare, telehealth, or health-related content is highly valued.
• Familiarity with paid social campaigns, performance creative, or video editing is a plus.
• Additional language skills such as Spanish or Tagalog are considered an advantage.
