Accountabilities
- Own the entire inbound negotiation process for SaaS, consultants, and managed services.
- Collaborate with the people department on domestic and international employment matters.
- Advise on pending and potential litigation, balancing legal risk with business reality.
- Develop and refine legal frameworks for procurement and contracting.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and membership in at least one current U.S. state bar.
- 6+ years of legal experience in procurement, technology transactions, and commercial contracting.
- Experience negotiating technology and service contracts, including SaaS agreements.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with a multifaceted role.
- Excellent drafting skills and capability to create practical solutions quickly.
- Strong organizational and project management skills for handling multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong judgment and integrity.
- Skillful in transitioning between strategic thought and detailed execution.
- Experience with legal workflow or contract management tools is a plus.
