This role is ideal for a data-driven growth leader passionate about optimizing subscription-based SaaS funnels. The CRO Manager will take full ownership of conversion rate optimization across a complete product journey—from landing page to trial start to subscription. You will drive measurable growth through experimentation, UX/UI improvements, and analytics, while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams. This position demands a hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset, with accountability for outcomes, rapid testing, and continuous iteration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering tangible results that directly impact business performance and user experience.
Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end CRO cycles including research, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity mockups, A/B test execution, and rollout
- Analyze subscription funnels with low-cost trials to identify friction points and optimize conversion paths
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform funnel improvements and product positioning
- Design and implement high-impact UX/UI variations that drive trial starts and subscription upgrades
- Collaborate with engineering for accurate, rapid implementation and testing of CRO initiatives
- Use statistical rigor to validate test results and scale winning variants confidently
- Build and maintain a systematic testing roadmap to compound conversion gains over time
- Present insights, results, and recommendations clearly to leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience optimizing subscription-based SaaS funnels (D2C or SMB)
- Proven track record improving conversions in low-cost trial or discounted intro flows
- Strong UX/UI sensibility with the ability to create clear, high-quality mockups
- Proficiency in analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, GrowthBook, or equivalents
- Extreme attention to detail with a bias for rapid testing, iteration, and data-driven decision-making
- Ownership mentality and accountability for performance outcomes
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Nice to have: experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker), marketing attribution models, ROAS measurement, and strong project management skills
