This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while managing a portfolio of clients effectively. The selected candidate will be responsible for post-sale interactions, enabling customers to realize value and success from the partnership. The impact of this position extends across retention, renewals, and account growth, fostering strong relationships as well as driving expansion revenue. Collaboration with multiple internal teams will be essential to achieve the desired outcomes for our clients.
Accountabilities
- Lead renewal timelines and conversations, ensuring on-time execution.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and risk tracking across your book of business.
- Identify churn risk early and coordinate mitigation plans across internal teams.
- Drive expansion opportunities such as additional channels and new workflows.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication.
- Triage customer issues and coordinate resolutions with support and engineering teams.
- Keep CRM data clean and build lightweight reports on retention and account sentiment.
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles.
- Strong customer-facing skills and structured communication.
- Experience with onboarding and communications for account management.
- Ability to manage revenue outcomes including renewals and negotiations.
- Understanding of ecommerce operations and systems.
- Excellent organization and cross-functional collaboration skills.
