This role is a critical leadership position for an experienced manager who can guide and scale a team of implementation specialists. The DACH Implementation Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality onboarding and implementation services, ensuring clients achieve value quickly and efficiently. You will manage workloads, optimize processes, and maintain consistent standards across multiple projects while supporting business growth in the DACH region. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a customer-centric mindset. You will work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with global reach, where your decisions directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of experienced implementation specialists, overseeing daily responsibilities and performance.
- Drive efficient, high-quality implementations that ensure clients achieve value quickly while maintaining a best-in-class experience.
- Support regional growth by ensuring implementation capacity, readiness, and performance align with business objectives.
- Maintain consistent delivery standards across all implementations, balancing productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with other Implementation Managers to align processes, share resources, and ensure consistency.
- Own and manage Sales-to-Implementation handovers, ensuring smooth transitions, clear scope alignment, and strong customer confidence.
- Handle and resolve customer escalations promptly, coordinating internally as needed.
- Track key metrics and report performance to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews, regular 1:1s, and development coaching to support team engagement and accountability.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience, including hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent.
- 2+ years as a high performer in an Implementation or Technical Support role, preferably in SaaS or software.
- 2+ years experience in project management, ideally within a technical or software environment.
- Proven ability to develop people, motivate teams, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Strong customer focus, with initiative and dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; additional languages such as French or Italian are advantageous.
- Analytical skills to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data to draw actionable insights.
- Ability to travel when needed for larger customer account visits or team meetings.
- High standards for personal and team performance, persistence, initiative, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate across departments and establish efficient workflows.
