This role is a key driver of predictable pipeline and revenue growth through scalable, data-driven demand generation programs. You will own the end-to-end demand engine across multiple channels, shaping how prospects are engaged from first touch through conversion. Operating in a fast-growing, performance-oriented environment, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and optimization. The position offers strong cross-functional exposure, working closely with marketing operations, sales leadership, and marketing managers. Accountabilities:
- Own the demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue, aligning campaigns with business objectives, ideal customer profiles, and market priorities.
- Design, build, and scale integrated campaign playbooks such as lead generation, nurture, reactivation, webinars and events, and product or solution launches.
- Lead multi-channel campaign execution and optimization across email, paid media, organic and paid social, webinars and events, and partner or account-based motions.
- Manage paid media performance, including budget allocation, audience strategy, testing roadmaps, landing page alignment, and ROI analysis.
- Define funnel metrics and performance targets, and lead regular performance reviews to assess conversion, velocity, and pipeline impact.
- Partner with marketing operations to own attribution and measurement strategy, ensuring reporting supports actionable insights and informed investment decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align on lead definitions, follow-up standards, and feedback loops that improve funnel efficiency.
- Enable and train marketers on demand generation best practices, campaign strategy, and performance optimization, promoting operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, with a proven record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Demonstrated success owning multi-channel demand programs across email, paid media, social channels, and ideally webinars or events.
- Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics and the ability to improve conversion and velocity through segmentation, testing, and process optimization.
- Experience with marketing attribution concepts, including multi-touch models and influenced versus sourced pipeline, and applying insights to budget decisions.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM ecosystems, with the ability to partner effectively with marketing operations teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Strategic, organized, and detail-oriented mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
