Accountabilities:
The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend solutions that ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Java and Python, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability for CRM, billing, chatbot, and self-service solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring efficient communication between services and applications.
- Implement automated tests, perform code reviews, and apply quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams to deliver consistent, scalable, and user-focused solutions.
- Apply best practices for code versioning, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support junior developers by sharing technical knowledge, development practices, and engineering standards.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to backend architecture, including microservices design and system evolution.
- Help optimize existing solutions by identifying opportunities for performance, reliability, and maintainability improvements.
