This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and automation of our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for implementing and managing deployment processes, ensuring the highest levels of performance and reliability. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that optimize deployment and integration processes. Your expertise will contribute to streamlining operations and enhancing the overall efficiency of our cloud environments, which has a direct impact on our service delivery. We seek a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills to lead initiatives that drive innovation and improve workflows.
Accountabilities
- Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) for AWS environments using CloudFormation and CloudPipeline.
- Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) processes with tools such as Bamboo.
- Oversee build processes for applications developed in Java, Angular, and Docker.
- Coordinate release management and lifecycle of software applications.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
- University degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- AWS DevOps Engineer certification is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps and CICD implementation.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS and IaC automation.
- Experience with build tools and process implementation for Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Docker.
