Why Jump?
Jump is transforming how wealth management and financial professionals operate. Our AI platform automates workflows, enhances client communication, and integrates across the complex tool stacks used by RIAs, BDs, and FinServ teams. From tax workflows to investment communications to compliance-ready client summaries, Jump is redefining how advisory teams deliver service at scale.
We’re expanding rapidly across wealthtech, insurance, and broader financial services, and our GTM organization needs a technical operator who can build the systems, data flows, and automations behind that growth.
Jump is a small, high-leverage, talent-dense team headquartered in Utah with a distributed workforce. We move fast, solve hard problems, and care deeply about building AI systems that are secure, compliant, and immediately useful. We value clarity, ownership, and execution.
If you want to work at the intersection of AI, product, GTM systems, and internal tooling, this is a rare opportunity to help shape the foundation of a category-defining company.
