About Kasa
Kasa is the leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. Kasa has built a hospitality operating system that fundamentally improves the profitability of hospitality assets while delivering a high quality, digitally forward experience to guests. We partner with owners of multifamily and boutique hospitality properties to deliver stylish, professionally managed accommodations to business and leisure travelers alike. We took the best that hotels and short-term rentals had to offer and created a new class of hospitality that is well-priced, reliable, and offers a large selection of great locations.
Unlike traditional hotel operators, we prioritize automation, AI-driven pricing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue and improve guest experiences.
The Role
As the Head of Sales at Kasa, you will architect, build, and lead a high-performing sales organization that accelerates our growth in corporate and group segments. You will own the strategy, talent, and execution needed to position Kasa as the preferred accommodations partner for corporate travelers, project-based stays, extended-stay programs, and group customers across our nationwide portfolio.
Your leadership will shape how we source, close, and grow B2B demand. You’ll hire and develop a best-in-class sales team, establish disciplined operating rhythms, create accountability and reporting structures, and personally secure key national accounts that drive material revenue contribution toward our 2026 budget goals.
This role is designed for a commercial builder: a leader who blends strategic vision with hands-on revenue generation and a passion for developing people and systems that scale.
About the Team
You’ll join Kasa’s broader Commercial organization and collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Distribution, Marketing, and Operations—ensuring Sales is tightly integrated with the full commercial engine. Kasa intends to disrupt traditional hospitality operations. You will be part of a team that will define the next generation of commercial success, building a high performance team leveraging the latest in artificial intelligence and automation technologies.
