We are looking for a Manager, Building Systems & Security who will oversee the physical security, environmental health and safety, connectivity, and essential services that power Kasa’s portfolio. This leader will oversee Kasa’s Physical Security, Wi-Fi, and Utilities functions.
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring secure environments, reliable internet service, and efficient utility management across all properties. You will guide security operations, manage vendor relationships, coordinate service setup during property transitions, and drive cost-efficient utility and connectivity solutions at scale.
You will report to the Associate Director of Hospitality Operations and support on-site portfolio teams nationwide.
This role sits within the broader Hospitality Operations team, which delivers outsized impact on Kasa’s success by ensuring safety, reliability, and operational resilience. We are passionate about protecting our community, enabling seamless property operations, and delivering reliable systems that enhance both guest and team member experiences.
