The cloud-based e-learning platform offers tailor-made solutions, from creating whole e-learning websites to author online courses as well as providing the right tools to sell them on a B2B/B2C function. Today, LearnWorlds has c.12,000 customers in more than 150 countries and our team is fully remote. However, we also offer the option of working from the office for those who want to mix things up. The Organic Marketing team at LearnWorlds is responsible for building scalable, long-term acquisition engines across SEO, content, AI-driven discovery, and community-led channels. We operate with a strong product mindset, clear ownership, and tight alignment with Growth, Product, and Revenue teams.
This role owns content impact and content execution end-to-end.
We’re looking for an Organic Content Lead to own LearnWorlds’ organic content engine — from strategy to execution.
You will be responsible for defining content direction, managing all content operations, and ensuring consistent quality across organic channels. You’ll act as the central point of alignment for content needs across Marketing, Product, Growth, and other teams.
This is a senior role with both strategic and operational ownership.
Content only compounds when it’s coherent, high-quality, and aligned with real business needs. This role ensures LearnWorlds’ content engine operates as a single system — not disconnected efforts across teams.
You’ll be the owner of content quality, scale, and alignment across the company.
