About the Role
The GTM Insights & Deal Strategy team plays a critical role in shaping and executing Lyra’s Employer Solutions strategy, and we’re looking for a Global Pricing Operations Senior Associate to join the team. This role will require a balance of analytical and operational skills to help guide the company on driving scalable growth. This individual will act as a strategic bridge between Product, Sales, Finance, and Clinical Ops, ensuring our pricing models are competitive, scalable, and aligned with our mission to transform mental health care. This position is ideal for an individual looking for a dynamic role at a fast-growth startup.
Responsibilities
- Define Employer Solutions pricing strategy to optimize revenue growth, retention and profitability in partnership with Finance, Product, and GTM Leadership

Analyze market data and synthesize feedback from customers to understand value drivers and competitive positioning, adapting strategy to meet evolving market demands

Translate complex pricing models into simple, sellable structures, partnering with Product Marketing to lead internal enablement and external communication on pricing

Partner with operational teams to ensure pricing strategy is scalable, advising on quoting tools, deal desk parameters, and downstream operational processes

Serve as a core thought partner for Sales and Customer Success leadership, providing expert guidance on deal structuring for prospective and renewing employers

Effectively manage towards deadlines and set expectations on timelines with cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or other relevant/quantitative disciplines

5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, or financial planning & analysis, preferably within SaaS or Healthcare

Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models to support business decisions, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear narratives for GTM leadership and external clients

Ability to tackle unstructured and undefined problems, taking ownership, and driving objectives to achieve the desired outcome

Experience navigating cross-functional priorities between Clinical, Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams

A proactive self-starter who can pivot quickly between high-level strategy and granular modeling

Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and balance multiple deliverables with competing timelines in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

Salesforce experience is a plus
