Duties and Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to businesses to verify details about their existing communications and broadband infrastructure. (expected to make 250-300 calls/day. with a target of 80 completed reports)
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and data collected in the designated database or CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed established daily and weekly targets for data collection and verification.

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• 2 years of market research experience, doing outbound calls.
• Exposure to handling international customers.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a very high level of proficiency, with clear, articulate, and effective verbal communication at all times.
• Proficiency with any kind of CRM
• Must be very detail-oriented and accurate in data recording and reportings.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Schedule: 4PM to 12AM (Manila Time)
