We provide strategic consulting advice to clients and client teams around CRM, Loyalty, Commercial Value Realization and Marketing Agentic Operating Models. We build the what and why, so that (other parts) of MAP can build and activate for the client.
The Growth team is responsible for bringing new business into the organisation. We work in a high-paced environment, with strict deadlines to develop the most compelling proposals/ RFIs/ RFPs to impress new clients. This role is highly versatile and combines strategic thinking, project management skills, high attention to detail, engaging with senior members of the organisation, creating compelling narratives and supporting commercial discussions. It’s the absolute best way to begin your journey at VML MAP, be exposed to every single capability and meet so many different people and skills within the organisation, including senior leadership.
