As a Staff Engineer in the team, you will have the opportunity to shape, transform, and create an exceptional experience for engineers at Marqeta. You will identify, develop, and lead strategic investments to accelerate development iterations, enhance productivity and promote developer happiness.
You will boost developers' productivity through the successful adoption of streamlined SDLC tools & services, AI-driven tools, and drive engagement across Marqeta engineering
A successful candidate is a strong thought leader in the developer experience/productivity space and an experienced software developer. You are a self-starter who will drive projects and lead junior engineers to achieve desired outcomes.
