Founded by entrepreneur and investor Soheil Mirpour, we are backed by top VCs Cherry Ventures, Speedinvest and GFC, alongside world-class angels from firms such as Spotify, Blackstone and KKR.

What you will do

Melotech is scaling fast, and we hire people who take full ownership from day one. As Founders Associate - AI & Product, you take charge of a complete revenue-generating product: the numbers, the roadmap, the execution. You are a technical generalist working directly alongside our founders, with AI woven through everything you do. On a typical day, your tasks may include:

• Owning a revenue-generating product end to end, commercially and operationally, from day one

• Building tools, automations and real products with AI, going from idea to production at lightspeed, with AI tools as your daily coworkers

• Living in the data: running your own analysis, forming your own views, and deciding off the evidence

• Moving across product, growth and operations, wherever the leverage is that week

• Going deep and hard on any topic that moves the number, with the freedom to expand your scope as fast as you perform

• Making bold calls that shape your product's trajectory and our company

Who you are

We're looking for a business mind who builds, or a builder with sharp commercial instincts. You've already proven you're exceptional somewhere, and now you want real ownership.

Typically, your profile will look like this:

• AI-native for real: you build with AI tools every day and can point to at least one tool, automation or product you created yourself

• You combine business and tech: a business background with a visible technical side (a serious bootcamp, a data science or CS conversion master's, shipped projects), or a technical degree (CS, math, engineering) paired with a commercial track record (product roles, consulting, an early startup stint)

• Strong business sense: you think in revenue, unit economics and what actually moves the number

• An exceptional track record: a top university, a top-tier firm or fund, or an early core role at a top-VC-backed startup where you progressed fast

• Evidence of drive and curiosity: hackathons, tech and startup university societies, side projects, etc

• You thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment

• A big plus: founder DNA (you've started something before, even small, even failed), and you're internet-native. You know what's trending, what's breaking, and you're into music, media, gaming or social

We pay competitive salaries and make you an owner of the business with equity. We work remotely to give you complete freedom over your life, while meeting regularly around the world for global off-sites where we strategize, bond, and push boundaries together.

What the process will look like

We hire on a rolling basis. Earliest starting date is always ASAP. Once you begin our process, you can progress from start to offer within a week, depending on how quickly you can move through each stage:

1. Initial interview: 30-minute introductory call - getting to know you

2. Case interview: 90-minute case discussion - present and debate your skills

3. Founder interview: 90-minute interview with our CEO - going deep on all topics

4. Offer, contract signing and onboarding
