Overview
Mesh is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to help our most promising customers unlock their full potential. You’ll own the post-sale journey end to end—driving activation, accelerating adoption, leading QBRs, and spotting expansion opportunities that turn strong customers into long-term growth partners.
This role lives at the intersection of relationships and results. You’ll work closely with business, product, and engineering stakeholders, build a deep understanding of how crypto moves, and stay laser-focused on increasing volume, expanding use cases, and securing renewals. If you enjoy solving complex problems, influencing across teams, and turning infrastructure into real business impact, this role is for you.
