We are building the world’s first Agentic Vulnerability Management Service, where AI does the heavy lifting, augmented by local human expertise, so our customers achieve zero backlog peace of mind and risk reduction.
We are looking for a Senior Service & Solutions Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market content creation and messaging for this new service offering. You won’t just be marketing software; you will be packaging and positioning a revolutionary service that bridges the gap between SaaS and MSSP, delivering customer value and resilience.
Your goal is to define the "Service" narrative and drive customer lifetime value (CLV). You will translate our technical "Agentic AI" advantage into a commercial "Service Advantage" (Speed, Reliability, Outcome) that disrupts traditional MSSPs and drives retention.
This is a senior individual contributor role on our marketing team of 4 - no people management responsibilities, but significant strategic influence. You'll be leading through your expertise, owning the service marketing strategy, and working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to bring Mondoo's offering to market.
Service Packaging: Partner with Leadership and Product Management to structure the "Managed Service" offerings. Define what goes into the "Land" package (e.g., Audit) vs. the "Expand" package (e.g., Continuous Remediation, Cloud Hygiene, Compliance Assurance). Ensure the tiers are easy to sell and easy to understand.

The "Agentic" Narrative: Craft the story of how Mondoo delivers managed services differently. You must explain why our AI-led service is faster and more reliable than competitors' human-led services.
MSP & Channel Enablement: Build the "sell-through" and "sell-with" marketing capabilities for future MSP partners. Help us position Mondoo not just as a vendor, but as the high-margin engine that powers their services and commercial opportunity.
Sales Enablement (Service Focus): Teach our team to sell outcomes, not tools. Create the pitch decks and case studies that prove we "Slay the Beast" of operational backlogs.
The MSSP Native: You have worked at a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) or for a vendor that sells heavily to them. You understand the operational reality of service providers.
The Outcome-Obsessed: You know that customers don’t buy "API Integration"; they buy "Compliance in 24 hours." You are an expert at marketing business outcomes.
The Lifecycle Marketer: You think beyond the initial sale. You know how to use content and campaigns to drive adoption, retention, and wallet share expansion.
The Builder: We are a startup. You are ready to help build "Services Marketing" from scratch, leverage AI, working directly with the Founders and Marketing Director.
7+ years in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or Service Marketing within Cybersecurity.
Specific experience with Managed Services: You have marketed a managed security service, or you have managed marketing for an MSP channel program.
Based in the UK (Remote).
