This role drives operational excellence, initiative execution, and brand alignment across emerging brands. It partners closely with corporate teams, field leaders, and store operations to ensure strategies are translated into consistent, high-quality execution that supports sales, service, and growth objectives.
What Would You Do? The Specifics.
Strategic & Operational Execution
- Supports the VP Retail Operations Strategy in developing and executing retail strategies, performance plans, and enterprise initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating and leading workstreams across Operations, Clinical Services, Merchandising, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance.
- Plan, manage, and deliver key initiatives, including store transformations, labor optimization, workflow standardization, and associate and customer experience programs.
Field Partnership & Enablement
- Work closely with field leaders (RVPs, RDs, DMs, and GMs) to train, reinforce, and support execution of key programs and operational standards.
- Help remove execution barriers by partnering with DMs, GMs, and corporate teams to problem-solving operational challenges.
- Conduct on-site follow-ups to gather insights, validate execution quality, and identify improvement opportunities as needed.
Program & Performance Management
- Lead rollout of programs such as store transformation, labor optimization, workflow standardization, and associate/customer experience initiatives.
- Communicate and track execution progress and program results through defined KPIs; report outcomes, insights, and action plans to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify operational opportunities that improve efficiency, service delivery, and business performance.
Innovation & Growth Support
- Support pilots for new concepts, technologies, and service models, ensuring readiness and scalability.
- Support and coordinate new store openings, remodels, and brand expansion efforts to ensure timelines, standards, and operational readiness are met.
Work Experience
- 7+ years in multi-site retail operations;optical. (Required)
Education
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Required)
Additional Skills
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational consistency. (Required)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. (Required)
- Retail optical systems, lab operations, and EHR/POS familiarity are a plus. (Preferred)
- Experience with BI tools. (Preferred)
