- Manage Audience Dept for show
- Oversee team of audience staff/pages and their day to day tasks
- Book and manage all ticketing for show, including VIP and charity ticket lists
- Brief, check-in and manage all audience members and the audience load process
- Seat audience
- Show liaison to general public regarding attendance, show calendar and general inquiries
- Works with Show Security to anticipate and maintain audience conduct and safety
- Coordinates audience giveaways with show producers
- Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager
- Bachelors degree required
- 1+ years television or special event work experience required.
- Experience working with the public is required.
- Must be proficient on Mac.
- Demonstrate computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Suite)
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.
- Must have ability to work flexible hours due to the production schedule of the show, including
- weekends and evenings when necessary.
- References from previous employers required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and be agreeable to changes

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge and interest in pop-culture is a plus

- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

- Hourly salary range: $17.50 - $20.00
- This position is paid a weekly rate based on a typical work schedule of 60 hrs/wk. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at an overtime rate. In the event that you work more than the anticipated 60 hrs/wk, you will be paid additional overtime compensation as required by law.
