Role Summary:
A Late Night Programming show is seeking a Receptionist to join their Production Staff to provide administrative support. This is a staff role with an end date and is anticipated to last one year from the start date.
Job Description
Responsibilities of the receptionist will be to handle all administrative duties for the program, including, but not limited to:
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Sort and deliver mail and packages.
- Greet guests and visitors. Escort/register as necessary.
- Restock office supplies.
- Maintain Staff Data and contacts.
- Works with the staff on additional project-based duties.
- Stay current on pop culture and entertainment news stories.
- Willing to float to alternative desks as needed.
- Complete expense reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office and the internet.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must be willing to work overtime, nights, and Saturdays of scheduled show weeks.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

- Hourly salary range: $17.50 - $20.00
- The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 37.5 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
