The Coordinator, Audience Growth & Brand Marketing provides essential administrative and operational support to the NBC Entertainment marketing organization. This role has a dual reporting line to the Senior Vice President, Content Marketing & Audience Growth and the Vice President, Brand & Social Marketing. The role helps ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and supports select campaign initiatives across NBC Entertainment brands, including Bravo, NBC, and Peacock. The position also plays a key role in managing financial workflows and logistical processes for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to two executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating rooms and A/V needs.
- Arrange domestic travel, manage itineraries, and process T&E and monthly expense reports.
- Oversee general office needs such as facilities requests, supplies, mail/shipping, and maintenance of internal distribution lists.
- Assist with team financial processes, including updating budget trackers, submitting invoices, and managing vendor setup and modifications.
- Maintain team out‑of‑office calendars and support on‑site needs for meetings, shoots, and events.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects and provide backup support for fellow coordinators as needed.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in media, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for NBC Entertainment brands including Bravo, NBC, and Peacock.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital publishing best practices.
Desired Characteristics:
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in marketing, social media, and emerging technology; strong writing ability is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Video editing experience a plus; willingness to learn internal systems (e.g., Concur, SNAP, Purchase Manager) is preferred.

- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
