The Director, Transformation – Media Segment is a critical role for the segment within NBCUniversal’s finance transformation objective, Project Keystone. This role will support the Media & News business lines, serving as the main point of contact and liaison for the business units from an FP&A and Reporting & Analytics Transformation perspective. This role will partner across Corporate, Media and News Finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, in order to drive excellence in FP&A and Reporting capabilities, leveraging enterprise-wide tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) as a key technology enabler. In this role, you will align with your dedicated business unit leaders and team members on reporting and analytics requirements to ensure business critical inputs are incorporated into future state designs. You will play a key role in driving the evolution of financial reporting forward, with an eye towards streamlining processes, enhancing analytical capabilities, optimizing planning and reporting, and enabling data-driven decision making, with the mission of Fit-to-Standard as a guiding principle. The ideal candidate will understand reporting processes and business rules for Media and/or News, be able to clearly articulate those, and act as a change agent in the business areas.
Responsibilities
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
