- Support the successful execution of large-scale pre-taped productions while balancing multiple projects and competing priorities under tight weekly deadlines.
- Manage crews, vendors, talent, facilities, equipment, transportation, catering, and other production logistics.
- Assist with crew onboarding, timecards, invoices, expense tracking, petty cash reconciliation, and other production functions.
- Coordinate the completion and filing of certificates of insurance (COIs), location agreements, vendor agreements, and permits as required.
- Coordinate weekly pickups and returns of production rentals, equipment, and scenery.
- Serve as a central point of communication for production teams, ensuring timely distribution of call sheets, schedules, production updates, and other essential information.
- Anticipate logistical challenges, communicate status changes, and proactively resolve production issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate production wrap activities, including equipment returns, vendor closeout, purchase order reconciliation, production documentation, and final expense reporting.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments, production partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless production operations.
- Exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion while handling confidential production information.
- Remain actively engaged during production dark weeks, providing administrative support including processing receipts, invoices, and other departmental tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience coordinating TV or features.
- Willingness to work in person on production’s dark weeks.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY. Primary work locations are on Upper West Side and Rockefeller Center.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
Hourly salary range: $17.50 - $20.00
The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 37.5 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
