Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
· Assist with tracking expenses and maintaining budget logs for live special event productions.
· Update budget trackers, purchase order logs, and expense reports to ensure information is current and accurate.
· Coordinate with Production, Operations, and other departments to collect budget and spending updates throughout the production cycle.
· Assist with month-end close activities, including expense reviews, accrual support, and reporting preparation.
· Prepare basic financial summaries and ad hoc analyses to support budget meetings and leadership presentations.
· Assist with payroll onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance for extras and daily players.
· Verify employee information and assist with data updates (onboarding/ timecards).
· Prepare basic payroll reports and spreadsheets (non-main talent related).
· Assist with payroll reconciliations and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
· Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
· Ability to retrieve, organize, and analyze financial data using Excel.
· Pursuing a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
· Spanish/English bilingual fluency (required).
· Comfort working with large datasets and financial systems.
· This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
