Overview:
NBC Affiliate & Partner Marketing is the liaison between NBCU and its 240+ local stations and the intercommunication arm between Content Distribution Marketing, Entertainment Marketing and our external partners (MVPDs, dMVPDs and connected devices). We are the B2B service arm of the business bridging network priorities to key local and distribution partners through marketing, sales and editorial efforts.
As part of the Universal Television Entertainment group, the Affiliate & Partner Marketing team is seeking a Manager, Partner Marketing to support in developing strategic marketing materials, managing cross‑functional workflows, and driving promotional initiatives across MVPD, dMVPD, and CTV platforms. This role plays a key part in driving viewership and engagement for Universal Television Entertainment programming through effective partner marketing.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, the Manager collaborates closely with internal teams that interface directly with distribution partners, helping shape campaign strategy and ensuring partner‑facing assets, toolkits, and communications are delivered clearly and on time. The role supports the development and execution of multi‑platform promotional opportunities that strengthen partner engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic marketing materials — including pitch decks, toolkits, one-sheets, and recaps — used to support partner-facing engagement across MVPD, dMVPD, and CTV platforms.
Collaborate with creative, research, digital, publicity, media, and content distribution teams to ensure cohesive and accurate campaign materials.
Facilitate cross-functional workflows by gathering assets, coordinating approvals, and managing timelines and deliverables.
Build and maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and documentation to support internal teams activating promotional opportunities.
Analyze campaign inputs, promotional activity, and platform trends to help inform strategy and recommendations.
Participate in internal show team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and contribute ideas to support partner-aligned promotional strategies.
Ensure all materials reflect brand integrity, show priorities, and NBCU guidelines.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of marketing experience in entertainment, media, or content distribution.
Strong understanding of MVPD, dMVPD, and CTV marketing ecosystems.
Proven ability to manage complex workflows and support cross-functional teams.
Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong presentation-building skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and managing shifting priorities.

Additional Requirements:
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 (bonus eligible)
