About the role
NetDocuments is seeking a Sr Legal Consultant to work with law firms and legal department clients to support their adoption of NetDocuments' platform and AI capabilities — helping attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations professionals understand, embrace, and effectively use the tools that are reshaping how legal work gets done. Must have Legal experience, Legal Tech experience and knowledge of AI tools.
This role is intentionally designed as a development opportunity. We are looking for people who are early in their legal technology or legal operations career, deeply curious about the intersection of law and AI, and motivated to grow. High-performing Sr Legal Consultants can expect a clear path to Senior LC/PM within 18 months, and from there, to either the Legal Innovation Partner track or the Forward Deployed Engineering track based on their interests and strengths.

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $120,000 - $130,000 annual salary
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
