Job Summary:
The Vice President of Business Development will lead Nextech’s business development efforts, driving revenue expansion through strategic partnerships, market penetration, and business alliances. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare IT (HCIT) landscape, proven expertise in building relationships, and a track record of achieving ambitious growth targets.

Essential Functions
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles, with at least 5 years in the healthcare IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies that drive significant revenue gains.
- Proven track record of forming strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals
- In-depth knowledge of the HCIT market, including EHR, practice management, and patient engagement solutions.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
- Leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
