In this role, you will serve as a key data partner supporting business and technical stakeholders by designing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-scale data solutions. You will work across teams to translate business requirements into robust data models, pipelines, and analytics that enable informed, data-driven decision-making. This role blends hands-on technical execution with collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement of data systems.
Partner with senior leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to gather data requirements and define scalable data implementation approaches
Design, write, and maintain logical and physical database schemas, including identifiers and metadata, aligned with enterprise data standards
Design, implement, automate, and support large-scale ETL pipelines to ensure reliable data ingestion, transformation, and availability
Modify and optimize existing databases and data management systems to support evolving business needs
Test databases, queries, and data pipelines to identify and resolve errors, performance issues, and data quality concerns
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support operational and strategic insights
Troubleshoot data issues end-to-end and recommend improvements to data processes, tooling, and governance
Document data designs, workflows, and best practices to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
2–4 years of hands-on experience working in a data analyst, data engineering, or similar role
Strong experience working with databases and data management technologies
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis
Experience writing and optimizing queries using Kusto Query Language (KQL)
Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Grafana and/or Power BI
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience working with large-scale, enterprise data environments
Familiarity with data modeling best practices and performance optimization
Experience supporting production data systems and operational analytics
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong interest in using data to drive business outcomes and continuous improvement
